He was predeceased by: his parents, John Reeves Sr. and Callie Brunson Reeves; and his brother William. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Reeves; his children, John J. Reeves III, Joseph Chad Reeves, Jacob Kyle Reeves (Heather) and Lisa Johnson (Steve); his brothers, Edward "Buster" Reeves and Rodger Reeves; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Jackson, Richard, Kristen and Grant.
