He is survived by: his children, Shirley Gray Johnston Lexington, Freddie Johnston Lexington, Wade Johnston St (Teresa), Bridget and Denise. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Loretto Memorial Chapel (110 N Military St, Loretto, TN 38469). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
