She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Johnson and Joanne Johnson; and her husband Corliss Dale Caldwell. She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Tammy Simon (Steve) and Jennifer Deep (Jason); her grandchildren, Christopher Wall (Chantal), Patrick Wood and Lily Deep; her great grandchildren, Shelby Wall, Scarlet Wall and Shyanne Wall; and her sisters, Kris Kephart (Jim) and Terri Vance. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
