He was predeceased by : his parents, William Floyd Culver and Leila Sims Culver; his brother William Earl Culver (Odell); and his son Christopher Wayne Culver. He is survived by : his wife Judith Vivian Talley Culver; his daughters, Jennifer Lynn Culver Bean (Dewayne) and Alicia Bonita Culver Ballard (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Connor Wayne Culver (Ashley), Jaycee Lee Bean, Robert Dewayne Bean Jr., Lauren Alyse Ballard and Allison Elizabeth Ballard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
