He is survived by: his mother Janice Stillwell Howard; his daughter Stacy Horn; his grandchildren, Sydney Morris, Kaydon Horn and Elijah Bollinger; and his siblings, Kathy Williams, Teresa Cheatham, Sherry Smith, Cindy Linard, Sandra Reeder, Roger Adams and Jim Cheatham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
