He was predeceased by : his wife Cynthia Bice; his parents, Fermon Bice and Dorothy Bice; his daughter Christy Michelle Bice; and his granddaughter Brittany Leshae Hanson.

He is survived by : his daughters, Carey Bice and Tessa Craft; his grandchildren, Jordan Cabral (Heather), Jasmine Howard, Destin Craft (Jessica), Kelsy Craft and Jaline Bice; his great grandchild Braylon Craft; and his siblings, Donna McDonald (Glenn), Rita Thornton (Ed), Darrell Bice, Cathy McGill (Charles) and Becky Burt (Robin). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
