He is survived by : his wife Mona; his daughters, Tina Gentry (David), Crystal Black (Shane) and Tiffany Hyde (Robert); his sister Lois Carroll; his grandchildren, Macie Black, Anna Marie Gentry, Caroline Gentry and Colbe Hyde; his nieces, Shawnda Love, DeeDee Rutledge and April Howard; his nephew Joey Howard; his sister-in-law Helen Howard; and his pets, LuLu, Mia and Izzy.
