Page; his brother Wallace Page (Cathy); his children, Mandy Page (Tommy Amerine), Ronnie E. Page, Jr. (Heather), Donnie G. Page, Justin D. Page (Candis), Jonathan A. Page (Chelsy) and James Lee Whitfield; and his close friend Trey Johnson. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
