He is survived by : his parents, Chris Cook and Tammie Cook; his sister Kayla Cook Minton (Taylor); his niece Kynlee Minton; and his grandparents, Alline VanderBlom, Emmett Cook and Wayne Strickland (Tiffany McCain).
