He is survived by : his sons, Ronald Self (Dian) and Roger Self (Nan); his grandchildren, Rusty Self (Jennifer), Jody Self (Jennifer), Andrea Nichols, Jennifer Spencer (Scott) and Todd Self; and his siblings, Curtis Self and Juanita Hurst. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild, and a host of extended family members and friends.
