She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Tolbert and Annie Lee Tolbert. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie L. Richardson; her children, Jason Richardson Rhonda Renee (Leeanne), Christopher Neil Richardson, Veronica "Nikki" Singleton and Kimberly Ann Richardson; and her sister Lisa Smith (Bobby). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
