It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Addie Mae McCormick of Lineville, Alabama, who passed away on April 11, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Leonard Garfield McCormick; her parents, Elbert Archer and Pearlie Archer; and her siblings, Laura Ruth Carr (Earl), Norma Jean Archer, Leander Archer and Leon Archer (Francis).

She is survived by : her children, Patricia Chaddrick of Lineville, Leonard Wayne McCormick (Connie) of Lineville and Douglas Edward McCormick of Lineville. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home-Lineville (89076 AL-9, Lineville, AL 36266). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home (89076 AL-9, Lineville, AL 36266).
