He was predeceased by : his parents, Bo Ashworth and Ruth Ashworth; and his siblings, Donald, Ronald, Linda and Tim.

He is survived by : his children, Timothy Wayne Ashworth Weaver (Heather), Angela Klink (Jonathan), John William Ashworth (Sherri), Ginger Ashworth of Houston, TX, Susan Lara Houston (Sollara) and Brandi Lee (Brian); and his siblings, Brenda, Glenn, Robert, David and Martha. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, a host of friends, and other extended family.
