He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elton Curtis, Maudine Lumpkin Griffin, Fue and Margie Ivy; his father Joseph Velton Ivy; his stepfather Gary Teems; and his grandson Kyren Grey Andrews.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Royal Ivy of Lineville; his children, Rayne Ivy of Ashland, Bradley Royal (Jessica) of Alexander City and Leslie Brooks of Lineville; his grandsons, Brayden Royal and Kayden Andrews; his mother Becky Teems of Heflin; his sisters, Frankie Foster of Heflin and Lisa Brockmeyer (Landon) of Gainesville, GA; his uncle David Griffin (Vicki Johnson); and his aunt Wanda Carnes (Ed).
