He is survived by: his sons, Shaun Maples (Marivel) of Ashland and Jody Maples (Angel) of Lineville; his grandchildren, Alana Maples, Bradley McNair and Allen McNair; and his siblings, Rebecca Mathews (Anthony) of Ashland, James Terry Maples (Cheryl) of Ashland and Michael Lee Maples (Monica) of Wadley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
