He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Jacobs (Diane), Kimberly Evans and Pam Cheatwood (Todd); his nieces and nephews, Isabella Cheatwood, Devan Huffaker, Hannah Collins (Brad), Crystal Bradford (Kenneth), Seianna Evans, Aleia Evans, Colby Cheatwood (Heather), Glenn Davis (Melissa), Chase Evans (Jessica) and Landon Evans; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madalynn "May" Cheatwood, Olivia Foshee, Natalee Davis, Abigail Davis, Owen Collins and Harrison Evans.
The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the ARC.
