She is survived by: her son Jason Bradley "Brad" Tolbert, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Lorri Michelle Tolbert of Uriah, AL; her grandchildren, Jordan Lorenza Tolbert (Amanda Danielle Tisdale) and Jaclyn Nicole Tolbert of Uriah, AL; her great grandchildren, Shianne Braylee Tisdale and Deegan Richard Tisdale of Uriah, AL; her siblings, James H. Peavy (Brenda) and Wanda S. Peavy of Little River, AL; her siblings-in-law, Leroy Tolbert (Roylee) and Sue Carol Williams; her siblings' children, Miranda "Mandy" Peavy, Stacey Ashmore (Matt), Peggy Shaylor (Greg), Bobbie Caraway (Cecil), Christie Arrington (Michael), Nicole White (Cody), Judy May (Jerry), Julia Stroud (Tony), Maria Tolbert, Tony Tolbert (Stephanie) and Jason Williams (Jacqueline); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Breanna Bowman, Taylor Mitchem, Madison Bailey, Andrew Bowman, Josh Bowman and Noah Ashmore.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Norris Funeral Home (402 E 2nd St, Bay Minette, AL 36507). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
However, in lieu of flowers, memorial recognition for Pat may be sent to Mamie's Chapel Cemetery Association at P. O. Box 67, Little River, AL 36550.
