She was predeceased by : her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Ollie Mae Shaw Phillips; her husband Wilburn C. Pratt, Jr.; and her siblings, William Phillips, Ruth Cox, Flora Mae Taylor and Adelle Bolinger.

She is survived by : her son Wilburn C. "Sonny" Pratt, III (Patricia) of Livingston; her grandchildren, Michael Pratt (Kyla) of Livingston and Stacey Pratt of Mobile; her great grandchild Brittney Pratt of Birmingham; her grandson Brandon Hunt of Mobile; and her brother Joe Phillips.
