She was predeceased by: her husband James Thomas of Locust Fork; her parents, Ross Mullins and Lula Mullins; and her siblings, Laura Stephenson, Bertha Cornelius, Jerry and Paul Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Darron Thomas (Dana) and Angie Armstrong (Gregg); her grandchildren, Molly Weems (Ryan), Hannah Armstrong and Charlie Armstrong; her great grandchild T. J. Weems; and her sisters, Sherry Holmes (Scott), Wanda Barbee and Judy Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Locust Fork Baptist Church (30580 AL-79, Locust Fork, AL 35097). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you consider a donation to the Locust Fork Baptist Kindergarten program in her memory. Please make checks payable to Locust Fork Baptist Church and memo "Kindergarten donation in memory of Betty Thomas".
