He was predeceased by : his mother Gloria J. Franks; and his sister Tina Marie Taylor. He is survived by : his father Clair Franks; his brother Clair Franks III (Toni); his brother-in-law Brent Taylor; and his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie Taylor, Amelia Taylor, Kieran Taylor, Ava Franks and Julia Taylor.
