He is survived by : his wife Edith Charlotte Ingram Pate; his daughters, Robyn Pate Etheredge (Kirk) and Angie Pate Richey; his grandchildren, Payton Richey, Rayfe Richey, Brody Richey, Bella Grayce Richey and Bay Etheredge; and his sister Sharon Nelms.
