He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his siblings, Carolyn Moore (Sandy) and Jimmy Salmon; his niece Kimberly (Camden); his nephew Lance; his children, Amy James (Caleb) and Jeremy Salmon (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Kaylie, Carter, Deacon, Barrett, Ryleigh and Paisley.
