She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Newton and Mary Elizabeth Newton; her siblings, Charles, Danny Newton, Francis Compton, Maudie Whiddon, Betty Newton and Ruth Whitmire; and her great grandchild Jackson Reid.
She is survived by: her children, Trelia Seals, Kenneth Lind Jr. (Jessica) and Christopher Lind (Stacie); her grandchildren, Vickie Reid, Joshua Seals (Awbrey), Blake Lind (Lucy), Hunter Lind and Zach Lind (Kristina); and her sister Gloria Simmons.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lemley Funeral Chapel (6878 2nd Ave W, Oneonta, AL 35121). A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
