He is survived by: his daughters, Charlene Collins (Frank) and Robin Thiebe; his grandson Jeremy Collins (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Gavin, Hayden and Carter Collins; his brothers, Joe Scott, Kenneth Blair and Diron Blair; and his siblings-in-law, Nora Meisner and Gordon Treadwell.
