She is survived by: her husband J. W. Middleton; her sons, Mike Middleton (Barbara) and Chris Middleton (Mandi); her grandchildren, Brad Middleton (Chelsea), Deanna Echols (Randy), Reese Middleton, Mason Middleton and Jackson Middleton; and her great grandchildren, Ryker Middleton, Ellie Middleton and Barrett Echols. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
