He was predeceased by: his father Jack Lee Crabtree; his daughter Cynthia D. Crabtree; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh and Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Crabtree; his daughters, Jennifer Nevels (Jeremy) and Heather Kuti (JD); his grandchildren, Ashton Crabtree, Wesley Crabtree (Kaylie), Brock Nevels, Alex Mitchell, JJ Kuti, Brandon Mitchell and Mackenzie Nevels; his great grandchildren, Mitchell and Riggs; and his sister Carolyn Nelson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
