He is survived by: his wife Katie Temple; his stepchildren, Steven Harper and Kim Bates (Tim); his siblings, Beth Collins and Ricky Temple (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Ellisa Robinson (Levi), Crystal Cheek, Nicholas Chandler (Destiny), Kaleigh Harper, Dakota Harper and Landon Bates. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
