He was predeceased by: his wife Voncile Pollard; and his parents, Russell Pollard and Alice Pollard. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Lowe and Richard Pollard (Debra); his grandchildren, Alicia Cabrera (Michael) and Justin Lowe (Jamalyn); and his great grandchildren, Austin Cabrera, Ashton Cabrera, Georgia-Lynn Lowe and Wyatt Lowe. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
