He was predeceased by: his parents, Manley J. Cork and Hannabelle Goers Cork. He is survived by: his wife Terri Lynne Smith Cork; his children, Christopher Allen Cork (Erica), Nikkie Ilyssianna Ebert Clutteur (Darrin), Andrew Charles Cork (Miranda) and Paul John Cork; his brother Brian Lee Cork (Pam); Miss Sophie. He is also survived by the dog and Miss C. C. the cat; several grandchildren.
