He was predeceased by : his parents, Simon W. Wingard and Edna Thomas Wingard; his granddaughter Kendra Marie Wingard; and his sister Edith Wingard Thomas. He is survived by : his wife Rita West Wingard; his children, Larry Wingard, Timothy Wingard (Brandy) and Jennifer Chance (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Tiffany Wingard (Chad Carlise), Paige Wingard (Brandon Mims), Joseph Wingard (Tori), Matthew Wingard, Hunter Wingard, Krista Wingard, Bethanie Wingard, Nathaniel Chance (Leida Hodges), Blake Chance and Samantha Chance; and his sister Linda Wingard Little. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
