We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2024, at the age of 93, Lula Merlene Bailey of Luverne, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandmother Merlene; her husband Charles Alton Bailey; her son Charles Keith Bailey; her father Roy; and her sister Christine Ross.

She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Bailey and Shirlon Dye (Tony); her grandchildren, Bethany Akridge (Gunter), Benjamin Dye (Amber), Courtney Dewrell (Danny) and Nicki Van Skiver (Dallas); and her great grandchildren, Reid, Rebekah, Ella, Chloe, Brycen, Bailey Grace and Fleming Rae. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
