She was predeceased by : her husband Virgil Sipper; her son Kenneth Lamar Sipper; her parents, Samuel Franklin and Mary Eva Daniel McCormack; and her brothers, Broyce E. McCormack and J. Yancey McCormick.

She is survived by : her daughter LaJuan Sipper Tomlin; her granddaughter Shannon LaJuan Tomlin; and her great grandchild Mary Kendall Motes.

In honor of Mrs. Sipper, who was an advocate for wearing masks, the family requests that all those in attendance mask up for both the visitation and graveside service to keep everyone safe during this time.
