It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Moxley Parrish of Luverne, Alabama, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Doris Parrish; his son John Parrish; his parents, Johnny Parrish and Vada Victoria Wright Parrish; and his sisters, Gladys Hudson and Callie Compton.
He is survived by : his children, Gary Lynn Parrish, Linda Parrish Smith (Jody) and Alecia Parrish Rodgers; his grandchildren, Abigail Parrish, Trista Compton, Blake Taylor, Dusty Dean, Faith Dean, Michelle Wunsh (Rick) and Johnston Parrish (Amber); his great grandchildren, Carson Frazier, Paetyn Merriweather, Olivia, Daisy Wunsh, Reece, Rylan Dean, Isabelle, Sara and Jace Jarvis; and his sister Sybill Parrish Burgess. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
