He is survived by: his wife Angeline Sampley Frazier; his children, Robert Lamar Frazier and Melissa Ann Frazier Coshatt; his grandchildren, Justin Lee Tadlock, Amy Tadlock-Franklin, Kenneth Darrell, Scott Coshatt and Amber Lynn Coshatt; his great grandchild Ada Rae Franklin; and his sisters, Edna Heath and Ruby Jewell Rogers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
