With sadness, we share the passing of Sheila Jane Brunson of Luverne, Alabama. Sheila Jane, born on July 31, 1953, passed away on September 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Lamar Brunson; her parents, Sherman Leo and Myra Bernice Poppel Padgett; and her brother Bill Padgett. She is survived by: her children, Larry Brunson, Michael Brunson and Katrina Bell; her grandchildren, Stormie Vitello (Joey), Dakota Brunson, KaMya Jerido, Connor Williamson and Chase Williamson; her great grandchildren, Landon, Aryanna and Joey; and her siblings, Sandra Parham and Leon Padgett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Turners Funeral Home (360 E 3rd St, Luverne, AL 36049). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
