He is survived by: his wife Lynn Mills Libell; his sons, Mark Libell (Carrie) of Alexandria, VA and Adam Libell of Florence, AL; his sister Darlene Ericson; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Libell and Debbie Libell; and his in-laws, Bob, Michelle Mills of Madison, MS, Carol Mills Shrader of Virginia Beach, VA, Bonnie and Bruce Rafer of La Plata, MD.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
