She is survived by: her husband Leonard Preston Bynum; her son Heath Wesson Bynum (Kimi); her grandchildren, Jack, Zoey and Reid; her sisters, Camille Lott and Debra Jackson; her cousin Nini; her caregivers, Amanda, Ashley, Bethany, Erin, Hailey, Keith, Kelly, Lauren, Theresa, Alethea and Whitney Miller; and her friend Kathie Massey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (1115 W College Ave, Wiggins, MS 39577). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (219 2nd St N, Wiggins, MS 39577).
In lieu of flowers, Anita requested donations be made to Precepts Ministries Chattanooga, TN to help others have relationship with God through knowing.
