She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Petty Hargrove and Mamie Sue Hughes Hargrove; her husband Fred Knox; and her siblings, Roy Petty Hargrove, Jr., Billy Hargrove, Jean Atkins, Brownie Sue Boyle and Gayle Foote.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Knox; her grandson Benjamin Knox (Shelley); her great grandchildren, Andrew, Abigail and Jackson; her granddaughter Dawn Thompson; her great grandchild Madelyn; her granddaughter Melissa Robley (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Lily and Liam; and her brother Wayne Hargrove.
