Charles William McDonald Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles William McDonald of Madison, Alabama, who passed away on March 13, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Nell Gattis McDonald; and his siblings, Doris M. Baker, Ann M. Hughey and James C. McDonald (Jimmy). He is survived by: his children, William Larry McDonald of Huntsville and Charlene M. Spierer (Robert) of Scarsdale; his granddaughter Rebecca S. Gringrich (Chris); his great grandchildren, Max and Asher; his siblings, Eloise M. Propst and S. O. McDonald Jr. (Frances); and his sister-in-law Bonnie M. Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Madison Hospital or West Huntsville Church of Christ.
