He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Eustratios Spyropoulos and Angeliki; his wife Conda Ann Lenox Spyropoulos; and his siblings, Athena Yachnis, Evangeline Anton, Constantine, George and Paul.

He is survived by: his brother Nicholas (Joanna); his stepdaughters, Kim Blackmon (Jeff) and Robin Blackmon (Randy); and his grandchildren, Collin Condron of Richmond, VA, Bridge Condron of Brooklyn, NY, Sarah Buckelew of Madison, AL and Kaleb Buckelew of Portland, OR.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Hospice of North Alabama.
