He is survived by: his wife Marsha Folk; his children, Jay (Tennille), Shane (Sarah), Trevis and Jamie (Ken); his grandchildren, Riley, Beckett, Hunter, Eliza, Mick, Hank, Angel, Dayana, Cami and Daniela; and his siblings, Gary, Terry and Cindy.
