He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bartlett Fay, Sr. and Gail Miley Fay; and his grandson Zachary Smith. He is survived by: his wife Trudi Gardner Fay; his daughters, Susan Fay Flowers (Ed) of Bradenton, Florida, Cathy Fay McIntosh of Leesburg, Virginia, Pamela Gardner Smith (David) of Eagleville, Pennsylvania and Wendi Gardner (Mike) of Chicago, Illinois.; his siblings, George Fay (Pamela) of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Cora Fay of Lady's Island; his grandchildren, Brian, Connor and Rachel McIntosh; and his close friends, Tim and Marie Hynes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Legacy Chapel Funeral Home and Crematory (16 Hughes Rd, Madison, AL 35758). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Legacy Chapel (16 Hughes Rd, Madison, AL 35758).
