It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen David Wallenfang of Madison, Alabama, born in Iron Mountain, Michigan, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, David Wallenfang and Florence Wallenfang; and his sisters, Jeanette Wallenfang Istre and Barbara Wallenfang. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Giddens Wallenfang; his daughters, Cecilia Hays (Eric) and Toni Shumate; his brother Peter Wallenfang (Linda); and his grandchildren, Dr. Matt Mitchell (Rachel), Dr. Charlsie Prein (Kelsey), Cody Shumate (Hannah), Alesia Shumate (Matt) and Shawn Wallenfang. He is also survived by 7 Great grandchildren.
