It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacquelyn Welburn of Madison, Alabama, born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Bedsole, Sr. and Myrtle Lee Paulk Bedsole; her husband William Drummond Welburn III; her siblings, Patricia Mathis and John C. Bedsole, Jr.; her niece Jackie Mathis Lincoln; and her grandsons, Will, Robert and Michael Mixon.
She is survived by: her children, William Dru, Welburn IV (Doreen), Stacey Mixon (Kyle) and Lauren Welburn; her sister-in-law Donna Bedsole; her grandchildren, Brandon Wencil (Marian), Heather Poschel (Tyler), David Wencil (Jessie), Billye Welburn, Laura Welburn and Hannah Mixon; her great grandchildren, Mason Poschel, Joel Poschel, Neil Wencil and Stevie Wencil; her nieces, Beth Yates and Jeanine Mathis; her nephew Jay Bedsole; and her friends, Sue, Larry Mcwhorter, John, Angie, Kate, Alex Hood, Pat Rusak, Beth Ryberg and Barbara Largent.
