He was predeceased by: his parents, Maureen Saliba Blocker and Frank Blocker Senior; and his siblings, Sarah Blocker Booty and Frank Blocker Junior. He is survived by: his daughter Ana Arellano; his granddaughter Izzy; his caregiver Mary Dupree; his brother-in-law Phil Booty; his niece Kathy Windham (David); his great-nephew Austin Windham (Holley); his sibling's children, James Booty and Kandace Plinske (Larry); his great-nephews, Cameron Herring (Taylor) and Cody Plinske; his cousins, Fred Barkett (Gail), Sue Switzer (Don), Kathy Buchon (Fran), Betty Barkett and Jan Lisenby (James); Marsha Thomason Blocker.
