He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lewis; his daughters, Kristy Lewis-Koch and Pauline Bridges; his grandchildren, Olivia, Gabriel Koch, Jackson, Elliott, Emmalyn and Arlo Bridges; his brother S. E. Lewis Jr.; his sister-in-law Gay Lewis; and his nephews, Evan and Ryan.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cornerstone Word of Life Church (3783 Sullivan St, Madison, AL 35758).
