He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Adkins and Zula Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Kay Adkins; and his sister Judy Bruckert (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to Hospice of North Alabama.
