He was predeceased by : his parents, Orville Stafford and Geneva Stafford; and his sister Gaye McGrath. He is survived by : his wife Faye; his children, Vonda Bobo (Robert), Scott Stafford (Laura) and Holly Mullins (Kevin); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Hall, Sarah Pope, Samuel Bobo, Maya Stafford, Mack Stafford, John Robert Bobo, Loren Mullins, Garrett Mullins and Colton Mullins; his great grandchildren, Lilly Hall, Wesley Stafford and Magnolia Hall; and his siblings, Stan Stafford, Roger Stafford, Randall Stafford and Debbie Perry.

Jerry's intelligence, patience and persistence helped guide many a young engineer at CAS, Inc. where I was privileged to know him and benefit from his mentorship. He served his country through his technical contributions and he served his work family through his good spirit, humor and compassion. Jerry was also a friend to all after working hours.
