He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain Robert O. Strange and Martha Bowen Strange. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, John Strange Jr. (Mindy) and Michael Strange (Allyson); his grandson Mason Strange; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Strange and Georgia "Candy" Gerstein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Berryhill Funeral Home (2305 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Berryhill Funeral Home Chapel (2305 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810).
