He is survived by : his wife Avis V. Brocks (Brocks); his children, John D. Jr. (Mary Ann), Ervin (Linda Sue), Louis Malone (Sharon), Milton Malone (Bobbie), Geraldine Green (Joe), Josie Malone (Inman), Deloise Martin and Sylvia Pickett; his nephew Billy King of Athens Alabama; and his grandchildren, Steven Horton, Milton Malone Jr., Vickey Baker and Delesha Cosby. He is also survived by grandkids, nieces.
